About Me
Hi, I’m Jackie. I’ve been through many transitions in my life, big and small, and whatever the situation you’re facing, I am here to help you navigate yours.
Having lived in several countries, I know from experience that one of the biggest life challenges can be moving abroad, especially for the first time. Being an expat is great adventure, but as with any big event it can also seem overwhelming. Whether it’s this or other obstacles in your life, I am here to help you overcome them and find purpose.
As a trained and registered ICF coach, I use an evidenced based positive psychology approach to help you capitalise on your strengths, achieve your goals and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life, no matter where you are in the world.
My services include: life and professional coaching and expat coaching pre-departure, after arrival, or during repatriation. I offer 1-1 coaching along with group coaching for those looking to connect with others in similar situations, and have been recognised as a top transition coach by Coach Foundation. I am also an experienced mindfulness instructor and have delivered individual and group sessions for both public and private organisations.
Prior to training as a coach, I studied counselling and worked in mental health, both for the NHS and Depression Alliance in London. Coaching has allowed me to take my passion for working with people and apply it not to supporting people with issues in their past, but instead to helping them reach their desired future.
If you are interested in discovering how I can support you or your organisation to move from where you are now, to where you would like to be, please contact me to arrange an introductory session.
