Experienced Mindfulness Instructor

Practicing mindfulness can really help with our wellbeing, allowing us to better regulate our emotions and being a key factor is decreasing stress and anxiety.

I have been practising mindfulness for over 10 years, and leading classes both in person and online for over five. Mindfulness has been, and continues to be, a crucial element in how I relate to myself, with others and as a parent.

Currently studying under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield as part of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Programme (MMTCP), I would be delighted to work with you to help bring mindfulness into your life. 

Individual, Group and Corporate Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops

I work with groups and corporations online, and can deliver regular mindfulness sessions to help with wellbeing, or offer an 8 week introduction to mindfulness course.

My clients have included the UK’s National Health Service, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office and the Department for International Trade. 

I also work with individuals, both online and in person.
